Air India passengers can travel on seven flight specific domestic sectors by paying ONLY Rs 999 (exclusive of passenger service and user development fee). This special tariff scheme, valid till 30 April 2011, is for one way journey in Economy Class.
Announcing this today, an Air India spokesperson said the fares have been introduced on select sector / flights originating from Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
The spokesperson further said that “Our effort always is to extend maximum delight to our patrons. Some of our recent initiatives include ‘Cricket Mania’ - valid between February-April 2011, ‘Budget Special Super Saver 4 coupon scheme’ - valid till April-end, ‘Normal Super Saver in Executive and Economy Classes (4 and 8 coupons schemes in both classes)’ and ‘Corporate Super Saver 12 coupon scheme’ - valid till March-end.
